Tai Chi for Beginners

This past week I've been introduced to Tai Chi by way of David Carradine's Chi Energy Workouts for Beginners. This DVD contains two programs: Chi Kung and Tai Chi. Chi Kung is the precursor to Tai Chi and is one of the most powerful ways to self heal and rejuvenate the body. Tai Chi combines Chi Kung, philosophy and Shaolin Martial Arts into one of the most gentle, holistic and efficient ways to promote health and body movement.

Currently, my focus is on the Tai Chi workout. I've searched the Web for several days trying to find a short clip from this DVD or one comparable to it. I found many Tai Chi clips, and some were for beginners, but I did find one David Carradine narrated video clip from his "Chi Energy Workouts for Beginners".
